We are independent studios in our own building on Diego de Silva y Velázquez, in the Mariscal López neighbourhood. Every unit is complete: queen bed, private en-suite bathroom with its own water heater, equipped kitchenette, and a table for two that works as both dining table and desk.
Check-in is self-service, with a keypad lock. We send the code on arrival day and you come in at any hour, including the middle of the night. Outside there is a shared corridor with a table, chairs, plants and a Paraguayan hammock.
We take one-night stays and monthly ones alike. Leni and Cintia host in person: whatever you need, ask on WhatsApp and it gets sorted.

Mariscal López neighbourhood, on a quiet street twenty metres from Plaza Profesor Herminio Giménez, one of the best-kept squares around. Café Vecino is half a block away and opens at 8:30.
We are in Mariscal López, right on the edge of Barrio Jara: five minutes on foot and you are across the line. Las Mercedes is fifteen minutes away walking, or five by car. This is the quiet strip between the three neighbourhoods: you sleep on a street with no noise and eat wherever you like.
Leni also hosts in an apartment of her own in the Soho Loft building, in Barrio Las Mercedes. It is not at the Guesthouse in Mariscal López: it is a different building, 1.5 km away, with a doorman and 24-hour reception, a lift and a covered parking space.
A folding screen separates the bed from the living area. Two-seater sofa, dining table for three, a proper full kitchen and a private street-facing balcony with a table and two chairs. It is the best-equipped unit and the only one with a washer and dryer included.
