How does check-in work?
Check-in is self-service with a keypad code. We send it to you on your arrival day and you can come in at any hour, even in the middle of the night. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
Can I arrive late at night?
Yes. At the Guesthouse you let yourself in with your code, no one to wait for. At the Soho Loft, the building has a 24-hour front desk and security.
Is there parking?
At the Guesthouse, street parking is free. The Soho Loft has an assigned covered parking space at no extra cost, entered from Washington street.

How much is a night?
Ground-floor and second-floor studios from Gs. 250,000 · USD 40. The budget studio, Gs. 160,000 · USD 25. The loft in Las Mercedes, Gs. 330,000 · USD 55. The final price is confirmed on WhatsApp.
Do you take monthly stays?
Yes. We take one-night stays as well as weekly or monthly stays, with a special rate for longer periods.
Is breakfast available?
Yes, the Guesthouse offers an optional homemade breakfast: Gs. 40,000 · USD 7 per person.

Which neighbourhood is it in?
In Barrio Mariscal López, right next to Barrio Jara: the boundary is 400 metres away. It is a quiet residential area, a 15-minute walk from Las Mercedes.

What is the difference between a studio and the loft?
The studios are at the Guesthouse in Mariscal López: queen bed, private bathroom, kitchenette and code entry. The loft is in a building in Las Mercedes and adds a full kitchen, sofa, balcony, washer and dryer, a lift and covered parking.
Are pets allowed?
No, we don't take pets at the moment.
Can I smoke?
No. All units are non-smoking.
Which languages do you speak?
Leni speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese.
